- Type, concrete and brick weigh a lot more than plasterboard
- Access, ground floor or fifth, with or without a lift
2026 price ranges
For small jobs (up to 1 cubic metre, say a bathroom retile), removal usually starts from 80 EUR. Mid-sized jobs like a full single-room refurb land in the 150 to 250 EUR range. A full home renovation runs 400 to 1000 EUR, depending on the size of the property and the materials involved.

We turn up with a crew and a vehicle, collect the waste on site, load it and haul it off in a single run. This setup is the fastest option and usually the most cost-effective for small and mid-sized jobs, no separate scheduling for loading, no waiting for a skip to be dropped off and collected.
What's included
We only work with licensed recycling facilities, and disposal is built into the price. Fuel is included too. This matters, because fly-tipping waste in a forest or on abandoned land can end with a fine that lands on you as the property owner, regardless of who actually dumped it.
